For all adult patients

Send reminder via patient portal, email, mail, IIS and/or IVR (Interactive voice response) to talk to their doctor about what vaccines they may need.

Send a link to the CDC’s recommended immunization schedule.

Send educational messages or handouts to discuss with other family members on the importance of immunizations.
